Handmade gift #1

Now that Christmas has come and gone I can share some of the handmade gifts that we gave.

I'll start with the snowman kit that I made for our niece, Brynne, who loves to play outdoors!

I saw this at Make it do. A wonderful blog with so many great ideas!

The kit included: A top hat, scarf, buttons, painted rocks, and a fake carrot nose!

I made a drawstring bag to hold all the pieces together and added a snowman face to the front.

And a tag to explain what it all was for

This would made a fun gift for a winter birthday too!

That is cute!! I was thinking, before Christmas, that it would be cute to take mini things like that and put them in a jar with fake snow.
I am sure the recipient loved it!!
